Training: Problem Solving

Typical training course length: 1 day

Participants should gain a practical framework for solving problems using a prescriptive methodology: learn how to categorize problems and analyze solutions, how to deal with constraints often faced in developing solutions, how to select the right problem-solving tool for each situation, and learn to apply more than 20 innovative tools and methods to generate ideas, gather information, organize your thinking and analyze data. The program should feature presentations, discussions, and individual and group exercises.
