Training: Kaizen

Typical course length: 4 1/2 days

Your teams train to apply the philosophy and techniques of continuous improvement to the real world. They must have the chance to experience firsthand the use and benefits of Kaizen methods. Participants should learn how to identify wasteful practices and continuously improve work methods. The program should emphasize hands-on experience, and include presentations, group discussion and exercises.

• Identify continuous improvement activities
• Set priorities for areas for Kaizen
• Eliminate waste from your area of production
• Improve throughput and increase productivity
• Decrease inventory requirements
